Welcome to Flip Vista. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Flip Vista mobile application and services (the “App”) provided by Flip Vista Inc. (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Use of the App

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Flip Vista.
• You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.

3. User Accounts

You may be required to register using your phone number and optionally your email. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

4. Notifications

By using Flip Vista, you consent to receiving push notifications and alerts based on your saved searches. You can disable these via device settings.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality in the App are owned by Flip Vista Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use or copy any part of the App without permission.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. You use it at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

Flip Vista Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts within the U.S.
